S08-090 / Truck Driver OTR / Sandpoint ID: Two years verifiable over-the-road experience with LTL and tanker in eleven western states and Canada. Refrigerated commodity experience preferred, but not required. REQUIRED SKILLS Must be an experienced driver with a good driving record. CDL with air and tanker endorsement required. Weekend work may be required. REQUIRED SKILLS Must have the ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Must also be able to write simple correspondence; posses the ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals, and be able to stand for periods of time and lift/move up to 50 pounds. S08-088 / Sanitation / Sandpoint ID: 3rd shift - Disassemble, clean and re-assemble production processing and filling equipment. This position requires using water hoses, high-pressure washers, cleaning out-of-place hot water tanks (180 degrees), and hand scrubbing of parts and equipment. Some work includes pumping in liquid ingredients and cleaning pumps, tanks and tankers. Weekend work required. REQUIRED SKILLS Ability to crawl into confined spaces and clean. Must be safety-conscious, maintain a positive attitude and be willing to work in a wet environment. Looking for self-motivated individuals capable of working independently with little supervision. Must have the ability to multi-task and focus attention on details. Must be able to lift/move up to 50 pounds. Good interpersonal communication and memorization skills a must. Line Attendant / Lowell MI: 1st Shift--Automated fast paced, food production and packaging. Must possess strong mechanical aptitude and able to lift 50 pounds. Must have strong background in trouble shooting, repair and machine set up. Working on production line to ensure production of quality product, adjusting machines, packing, visual inspection and other various duties as required.

Plant Accountant / Lowell MI: Responsible for developing and maintaining the plant's cost management systems and assisting in the implementation of cost efficient opportunities. Responsibilities include analyzing all components of manufacturing costs to determine accurate cost per unit and absorption rates, coordinating the correction of data entry errors and system errors, working with the manufacturing departments to implement changes to the bill of materials to reflect throughputs and changes to recipes, and analyzing manufacturing data to determine the pricing of new products or repricing of existing products. Will also be responsible for finacial and budget statements as well as company incentive plan. Requirements are B.A. in Accounting, 3-4 years of cost accounting experience in foods and/or consumer goods manufacturing, experience with Ross systems software a plus, strong analytical and innovation skills, strong Microsoft Excel skills and excellent oral/written skills.
